Kees Bultink
Kees is an Organizational Development consultant and Master Black Belt with over 5 years of professional experience and expertise in international organizations.
His main working areas are:
- Facilitating vision and strategy development
- Implementation of change processes
- Implementation of Lean Six Sigma
Kees started working as an independent consultant in 1994 when he joined Genesis Consulting Group, a Geneva based consulting firm. Since 2001, he also joins forces with Six Sigma Plus in rolling out and training Lean Six Sigma initiatives. In his consulting practice Kees facilitated and coached hundreds of projects in more than 20 international organizations. In Lean Six Sigma he is a key player in developing and implementing strategic frameworks and roadmaps for implementation next to training and coaching of Green, Black and Master Black Belts.
With a background in mechanical engineering, Kees has been with GE Plastics for ca 10 years. During this period he has held a variety of management positions, including total quality consulting and training. As a Total Quality manager for Europe he played a key role in implementing Workout and developing the highly successful facilitation skills workshop, including its coaching and train-the-trainer package. Later he also has been a cornerstone to the inauguration of GE Plastics highly successful Customer Productivity Program.
In his consulting practice, Kees worked with a variety of international companies, such as Unilever, Volvo Car Corporation, Novartis, GE, Mondi Packaging, Joy Mining, FrieslandCampina, Van Gansewinkel Group, Thyssen Krupp and T-systems.

Lucas Maas
Lucas is a Six Sigma Trainer and the first Master Black Belt certified in Europe with over 15 years of professional experience in implementing Six Sigma in international organizations.
His main working areas are:
- Facilitating vision and strategy development for Six Sigma
- Executive and project coaching for Lean and Six Sigma
- Training and coaching of Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts.
Lucas started to work as an independent consultant in 2001 when he founded Six Sigma Plus. Since then he actively consults with international organizations in rolling out Six Sigma.
With a background in mechanical engineering, Lucas has been with GE Plastics for over 18 years. During this period he has held a variety of manufacturing director and management positions, including the European leadership role for Six Sigma. In this function Lucas was a member of GE Plastic Europe’s executive team. As a Six Sigma leader for Europe he played a key role in implementing Six Sigma and trained and coached over 20 Master Black Belts, 150 Black belts and 200 Green Belts. Also he was the cornerstone in developing the stable operations approach, resulting in a capacity increase of over 20% and a productivity increase of 6-8% without any major investment. During that period Lucas was instrumental in developing a very practical and practice oriented training approach to Six Sigma.
In his consulting practice, Lucas worked with a variety of international and national companies, such as Hueck Folien, Mondi Packaging, Flexofilm, Thyssen Krupp, Daimler Chrysler, Huhtamaki, KPN, ING and DSM/Sitech. He concentrates on implementing Lean Six Sigma from the boardroom to the shop floor. As MBB, Lucas is a renowned source of reference.
